Top tip when appealing a DWP decision on your disability benefit - check the list of conditions that DWP put on page C of your appeal bundle. It’s often incorrect or incomplete. If there’s anything wrong or missing, think about writing to HMCTS with a correct list for the Tribunal panel to use. You could do this as a stand-alone letter or include it in other letters you may be sending.
